If you have clicked on “Customize,” all order details will be further confirmed by phone or e-mail. Please be sure to check the size and measurements you provide very carefully. We will not be liable if the information provided by you is incorrect.

Due to different screen settings, the actual colors of selected items may vary from how they’re depicted on the website.
Please confirm the manufacturing time with us and note that it may be longer in holiday and vacation seasons. We always do our best to complete the order in time or even earlier, whenever possible.

To adjust a submitted order, please send us an e-mail and we’ll get back to you to discuss the possibility of such adjustments and all additional costs, if any.


Our items are shipped worldwide.

Our items are packed thoroughly and safely before shipping. Please check the approximate time of delivery to your country at your local post office and note that it may be longer during the holiday season. We will not be liable for the operation of postal services.

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking code will be provided to you. Your package can be tracked first on the website of Belarusian Post and then on your country’s post website. Please use the complete code including figures and letters to track your package.


All items of proper quality can be returned unconditionally within 14 (fourteen) consecutive days after receipt thereof. An item shall be deemed of proper quality when it has no defects and meets the intended use. An item of proper quality may be returned in full (or partially) if the color, style, size, length, etc. failed to fit your requirements. An item of proper quality can’t be returned without all of the original seals, tags, labels and packaging.

Should an item of proper, defect-free quality be returned in full or partially, you’ll be entitled to a refund of its cost excluding shipping and delivery costs.
All custom-made items of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

An item shall be deemed of improper quality if it has a significant defect, making it unsuitable for intended use. This category also includes items that do not match the selected item number, color, style, size, etc.

Should an item of improper quality be returned, you’ll be entitled to a refund of its cost including shipping and delivery costs. However, this rule shall apply to items returned in full only. Should an item be returned partially, the shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded.

For local orders, items shall be returned within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of your receipt thereof but not later than 9 p.m. on the fourteenth day thereafter.
For international orders, the 14-day return period shall start from the date the package has been received by your local post office.

For refunds, the currency exchange rate shall be as of the date of the refund which may be different from that as of the order date.

The returned items shall be shipped at the customer’s expense. All refunds shall be made after the returned items have been received and their condition evaluated.
